How to Volunteer
The East Derry Village Improvement Society welcomes new members and volunteers for any of our projects. Annual dues are $5.00. We meet monthly at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at the Upper Village Hall.
We have 3 standing committees:
Building Committee: Directs the the building projects and renovations to the Upper Village Hall. This Committee also handles the reservations for space.
Finance Committee: Guides the financial dealings of EDVIS, negotiates contracts for goods and services and monitors expenses and revenues.
Fundraising/Outreach Commiittee: Organizes fundraising events and develops relationships with local businesses and the public.
